Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

Please note:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will usually begin processing on the next business day.

Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or times of high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Tracking Information

After your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–2 business days.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website or the tracking page on our website.

Changes to Shipping Address or Order Details

If you need to update your shipping address or change order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible. If an update is approved, it may require an additional 1–2 business days for handling.

Tracking Delays

Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking number does not show any movement after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review the shipment status.

Missing Items

If your package arrives with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the missing item, and photos of the package if available. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us within 2 business days after the expected delivery date.

We will check the shipment status and help you with the next steps based on the carrier information and our store policy.
