Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

At Goalflame, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, this policy explains how order changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing, production, or shipment preparation. In that case, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. A prepaid return label will only be provided in eligible cases, such as when the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Return Shipping Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs only when the item received is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect
  • Significantly different from what was ordered

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We may approve an exchange if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We may also support exchanges for size or color changes, depending on product availability. Size or color exchanges may not be available for sale items or customized items.

To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and exchange request details. If approved, we will provide return instructions and explain the next steps.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange the replacement if it meets our exchange conditions.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually issued within 2 business days.

After we process the refund, it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may happen if the returned item:

  • Shows signs of use
  • Is not in its original condition
  • Is returned without original packaging or tags
