Returns and Refunds

At Auspiritmerch, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you experience any problems with your order, the information below outlines our policies for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Order Updates or Cancellations

You may request an order modification or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipment preparation, and changes may no longer be available.

To request an update or cancellation, please contact support@auspiritmerch.com with your order number and request details.

Returns

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Requirements: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom products and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

Please email support@auspiritmerch.com with your order number and the reason for the return request. If your return qualifies, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

We only cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
This generally applies to manufacturer defects or damage caused during transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for:

  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products
  • Size or color changes (excluding sale items and personalized products)

To request an exchange, contact support@auspiritmerch.com. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll send out the replacement product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that partial refunds may be issued for products returned in used condition or missing original packaging or tags.
